“The Golden Braid” Roberto Baggio is the most popular footballer of all-time. He played as a creative forward. An elegant player, was an excellent dribbler and defense infiltrator and free-kick specialist. He was best remembered for his great performance in World Cup 1994. Among the pressured situation of Italy in several matches due to their non-proficient in attacking game, Baggio scored important goals until leading Italy reached final round. However, It is him to miss the final penalty kick affecting Italy lost in that match. Baggio is one of a few players to play for all three famous clubs in Italian series A consist of AC Milan, Inter Milan and Juventus. He was very consistency trough his career, still had a great form in his late career with Bologna and Brescia until his retirement at 36 year olds. Baggio was voted eighteenth in a poll organised by the French weekly magazine France Football. He is also regarded by some as the best Italian player ever.
